Maple Wood manufactures a complete line of industrial workbench tops and shelves. Tops are constructed of a build-up of two sheets of ¾” particle board surfaced with high pressure laminate. Tops have high impact resistance and durability and can be used in a large range of light industrial or assembly settings.

     Work bench Tops can be manufactured using a number of specialty laminates. Static dissipative laminates for electronic assembly are in high demand, but other surfaces such as chemical resistant are also available.

     Edges for workbench tops are offered in full bull-nose and waterfall styles as well as our standard square self-edge and T-mold.

     Using our CNC capability, Maple Wood can also custom machine tops with cut-outs, borings and shapes to meet your requirements.

     Shelves are constructed of 1 1/8” particle board to match the specifications of the tops.  Tops can also be fabricated on 1 1/8”  board.  Other substrates such as MPF or plywood are also available.    

In addition to standard work bench sizes, tops and shelves can be custom manufactured to combinations of dimensions of up to 144” long and 60” wide
